We are excited to announce we are now accepting applications for the 2021 Waukee Arts Festival!

The Waukee Area Arts Council is pleased to present the 6th Annual Waukee Arts Festival on Friday, July 16th from 5pm-10pm and Saturday, July 17, 2021 from 10am-10pm in Centennial Park. The festival opens Friday night with artist exhibits beginning at 5pm, and a concert 8pm-10pm.

The festival opens Saturday at 10am and will conclude with our feature concert by from 8pm-10pm.The Waukee Arts Festival has quickly become Waukee's largest and best-attended summer event and draws attendance from across the Des Moines metro area and regionally.

Music starts at 6 p.m.

Our headline performer for the 6th Annual Waukee Arts Festival will be DECOY.

Decoy creates its own unique sound from an eclectic mix of influences, building a live show that gets everyone in the audience dancing and singing along!

Dickie’s 2015 self-titled release was a moody testimonial of singer-songwriter Dick Prall. Partnering with talented drummer/multi-instrumentalist Billy Barton to produce a mix of reflective and pulsating sing alongs in the latest release, Minus Thieves.

Bonne Finken is an Award-winning Pop Artist, Rock Vocalist, Producer, Creative Director, Songwriter and Composer Bonne Finken is best explained as an example of pure artistic holdfast. Finken has spent the better part of a decade learning from a few trusted mentors how to produce and compose music on her own, with one constant goal in mind: Present the sounds in her head.

Not Quite Brothers is a 5 piece variety cover band from Cedar Falls, IA.
