New to us this year, we are excited to have Kindra Noel join the Waukee Arts Festival.

"I have a strong attraction to color and use heavy brush strokes evoking a confidant approach. My process is layering paints together until I have reached a gratifying final product. I am proud of the final product but the actual process of creation is what I find most satisfying."
