Musician: Chris Ranallo

Leading off the festival music on Saturday morning at the East Venue at 10am is Chris Ranallo. It's his first appearance at the Waukee Arts Festival, so we are looking forward to catching his set.

Chris, and the rest of the Saturday music, sponsored by Waukee Public Library.

"By the time Chris entered junior high school he had learned to play the guitar, joining his first band shortly thereafter. As a developing artist, he was influenced by iconic performers like the Beatles, Rolling Stones, The Police and the Dave Matthews Band, but his artistry carries with it the unmistakable trademark of one who spent hours hearing his father playing the piano, and hearing his mother’s “captivating” voice at home.
